  • Flower varieties and colors may change due to the season.

  • To make sure your arrangement lasts make sure your arrangement is placed in a cool place out of direct sunlight You will want to refill and change water daily. If you want to go that extra step give the stems a trim and make sure to cut then at an angle.

  • We Do! We are currently are not accepting same day deliveries.

    We are not able to guarantee a specific time of delivery but you can always request a time of day. We deliver to all businesses before 4pm.

    We HIGHLY recommend that someone is present to receive the order at the time of drop off. When we leave the arrangement at the location and time requested, we have no liability to what may incur. If your arrangement is left outside unattended, it is subject to weather conditions (snow, rain, heat, cold, wind, etc) which can immediately affect the state of the florals. To ensure freshness from our studio to your home, we do not recommend leaving florals outside for extended time.

    If the recipient is not home, flowers will be left at the door (providing it is not below zero degrees) or left with a neighbour (we will let you know who.)

    To ensure a flawless delivery, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the flowers before it goes out on delivery. If delivering to a condo, please check if the concierge accepts deliveries

  • Orders need to be placed before 4pm on the day prior to the desired delivery/pick up date. Since we are closed Sundays, orders for deliveries on Monday need to be placed by 4pm on Saturday.

  • All of Cabarrus county including Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Midland, and Mount Pleasant.

  • Absolutely! We are located at 17 Cabarrus Ave W Concord, NC 28025. You are able to pick up anytime during business hours

  • Since our designs custom made for you, we will need 24 hours notice to cancel an order. If cancelled, you will receive a store credit that can be used towards a future order. If the order is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the delivery date we can most likely re-route it to yourself or another friend.
